Refund policy
At Iron Eagle Coffee Company, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our coffee is freshly roasted and prepared specifically for each order, we have a few important guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on coffee items. For safety and quality reasons, returned coffee cannot be resold and must be discarded. Please do not send products back to us.
Incorrect Orders or Store Errors
If we make an error with your order, such as sending the wrong product, grind size, or label, we will take full responsibility.

Customer Errors
If an issue occurs due to incorrect information provided at checkout (such as an incorrect address or order selection):

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if appropriate.
International & Bulk Orders

International orders are not guaranteed and may be subject to customs delays or fees

Bulk and wholesale orders are sold as-is and are non-refundable
